• Reserving / booking accommodation, 50% advance payment (deposit) is required transferring it to the host bank account (min. one night price, if the rezervation is only one night).
• Payment of depozit is confirmation of reservation and signature of the contract.
• The remaining balance (for the whole reserved period) is paid the day of arrival at check-in, the payment is non-refundable.
• If cancelled or in case of no-show the total price (deposit) of the reservation will be charged.
• From the  17 th of Jun till the 19 th of August reservations are available only from Sunday till Sunday. If there is an accommodation available one week before the date of arrival, a minimum stay terms are not applied and you may book it for any period of time.
• Please indicate the further information in the bank transfer: your first name, family name, vacation period and reservation number, that will be sent to you by the hosts.
• The time of your stay: from check-in day 4:00 p.m. till check-out day 12:00 p.m.
