Cozy villa Artemide is a charming boutique villa surrounded by greenery, created for those who appreciate peace, privacy, beauty and quality relaxation.

This is a place to slow down, escape the rush of everyday life and simply enjoy some time for yourself. Start the morning with a walk to the sea, spend the day relaxing by the swimming pool or in the villa’s green garden, and return in the evening to a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere.

Our villa offers individually designed rooms and apartments, some with balconies or private terraces. Guests can enjoy our green garden, heated swimming pool, outdoor relaxation areas and cosy spots for spending time in the fresh air.

Villa Artemide is not a place for parties. We warmly welcome guests who wish to enjoy a peaceful stay, the sea and beautiful surroundings, while respecting the comfort and tranquillity of other guests.

  • Heated outdoor swimming pool  (the water in the pool is heated from middle  of May till middle of September).

  • 2 kitchens with all the necessary equipment: refrigerator, stove (inside and outside ), microwave and all the kitchenware.

  • Free private parking is possible inside (max 3 auto) and free outside of the territory (7 auto).
  • Lockable, guarded house for storing your bicycles.

Important information:

Vila Artemide

Check-in & Check-out

  • On the day of arrival, check-in is available from 5:00 PM. If your room is ready earlier, we will send you an SMS to let you know that your room is ready and you are welcome to check in.
  • As we are a small, family-run villa, every guest is very important to us. Therefore, we kindly ask you to give us a call or send us an SMS before your arrival to let us know what time you are planning to arrive. If we are able to prepare your room earlier that day, we will be more than happy to welcome you before 5:00 PM. We officially state 5:00 PM as our check-in time to make sure that your room is ready even on days when preparing it may take a little longer.
  • If you arrive in Palanga earlier, you are welcome to leave your luggage at the villa, and you may leave your car near our villa from 2:00 PM.
  • On the day of departure, the room should be vacated by 11:00 AM.
  • We are a family-run business and always do our best to offer each guest as much personal attention, warmth and flexibility as possible. If you have any questions about your arrival or departure, please feel free to contact us — we will be happy to help. 

Peace & Privacy

  • Vila Artemide is a peaceful and welcoming place for guests who appreciate relaxation, privacy and a pleasant atmosphere.
  • Quiet hours at the villa are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. During these hours, we kindly ask you to respect the peace and comfort of other guests.
  • Vila Artemide is not a party venue. Loud parties or events, loud music, shouting, whistling, loud singing, playing musical instruments or any other activities that disturb the peace of other guests are not permitted.
  • For the comfort and safety of all our guests, alcoholic beverages are not permitted in the shared areas of the villa or around the swimming pool. Please do not bring alcoholic beverages into these areas.
  • The villa is intended exclusively for registered guests. Visitors may not use the villa’s facilities, swimming pool or shared areas, or visit or stay in guest rooms.

Number of Guests

  • Only the number of guests stated in the reservation may stay at the villa. If, upon arrival or during the stay, it is discovered that there are more guests than stated in the reservation, the villa reserves the right to refuse accommodation to the additional guests or terminate the stay. In such cases, the deposit will not be refunded.
  • A charge of €50 per additional guest, per night, may be applied.

Pets

  • We truly love animals; however, unfortunately, Villa Artemide does not accommodate pets. This policy is in place for the comfort, cleanliness and well-being of all our guests, including those with allergies.
  • The villa reserves the right to refuse accommodation to guests arriving with pets. In such cases, the deposit will not be refunded.
  • If a pet is brought to the villa without prior agreement, a charge of €50 per night may be applied.

Information for a Comfortable Stay

  • Before your arrival, you will receive several files with all the important and useful information about your stay at Villa Artemide. In these files, you will find not only the entrance and Wi-Fi codes and the main villa rules, but also practical information about your stay: how often towels and bed linen are changed, and where and when you can find fresh foot towels and additional toilet paper. You will also find information about where the iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner and rubbish bags are located, where to place used towels, where the rubbish containers are, and other useful things you may need during your stay. We have put all this information together to make your stay as comfortable as possible, so you do not have to search for anything yourself.
  • We would also like to remind you that we live at the villa ourselves and are always nearby. If you need anything during your stay, have any questions or experience any inconvenience, please feel free to contact us. We are always happy to help and to do our best to make your stay at Villa Artemide as comfortable, cosy and enjoyable as possible.
