  • Reserving / booking accommodation, 50% advance payment (deposit) is required transferring it to the host bank account (min. one night price, if the rezervation is only one night).
  • The prepayment has to be transfared to the host's bank account in 2 days after the agreement ( if prior to arrival more than 14 days).
  • Payment of depozit is confirmation of reservation and signature of the contract.
  • The remaining balance (for the whole reserved period) is paid the day of arrival at check-in, the payment is non-refundable.
  • If cancelled or in case of no-show the total price (deposit) of the reservation will be charged.
  • Please indicate the further information in the bank transfer: your first name, family name, vacation period and reservation number, that will be sent to you by the hosts.
  • Please note that the property observes quiet hours from 22:00 until 08:00. Please inform villa of your expected arrival time in advance.
  • The time of your stay: from check-in day 5:00 p.m. (if possible and on request may be earlier) till check-out day 11:00 p.m.
